Broadcast 90 Vocalist Chris Nations Calls It Quits
APRIL 16 (WARNER ROBINS, GA) Broadcast 90 announces that lead singer Chris Nations has officially left the group. Nations was one of two lead vocalists for the popular 90's rock tribute that formed in December 2015. Founding member Hugh Hession will continue to be the bands main lead singer and front man.
"It was all very sudden," mentions Hession. "We were all preparing for an upcoming show in Knoxville and out of nowhere, he resigns. Apparently, he has a lot going on his life right now, and needed to get stuff in order."
Regardless of the change, adjustments were made and Broadcast 90 has since performed a handful of shows without a hitch. "I already sing the majority of the songs, so fortunately the transition wasn't a huge undertaking," says Hugh. "Both B90 guitarists (Lance and Lewis) have always sang backups, so it was just a matter of re-assigning some vocal parts. Lance will also be taking over some lead vocal duties and sounds great!"
Regardless of the changes, the band will continue to be known for their ability to sound like the actual 90's radio rock hits they cover. "We are all about quality control and making sure we are giving our audiences the very best, each and every performance," mentions guitarist Lance Rodriguez. "That is something we take very seriously."
"We all wish Chris the very best, says Hugh. He is a tremendous talent."
Broadcast 90 is the nation's #1 90's rock tribute, duplicating the sound of the original 90's rock radio hits and bringing them to life on stage, in an energetic and concert-style show.
